These terms govern your use of the Luxury Bag Archive website and any purchase you make through it. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

Luxury Bag Archive is a trading name of BrandVault UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is 47 Cairo Avenue, Peacehaven, East Sussex, BN107PX. References to "we", "us", and "our" throughout these terms refer to BrandVault UK Ltd.

1. Who We Are and How We Operate

Luxury Bag Archive is a curated archive of authenticated luxury leather goods. We operate as a principal — we acquire inventory through verified institutional wholesale channels and sell directly to customers. Every item listed on our site is offered as a single archive entry. We do not list items on a consignment or agency basis.

All items are sourced new with tags from authorised wholesale distributors. Items are shipped directly from our fulfilment network in Europe, typically within 2 to 5 business days of your order being confirmed.

2. Eligibility

To purchase from Luxury Bag Archive you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order you confirm that you meet these requirements.

We sell and ship to customers in the United Kingdom, European Union, United States, and selected international territories. We reserve the right to refuse orders from territories where we cannot guarantee compliant fulfilment or delivery.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the item at the price displayed. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation from us by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including where an item has become unavailable after your order was placed, where we suspect fraudulent activity, or where there has been a pricing error on our site.

Each archive entry is a single unique item. Inventory is set to one unit per listing. Once an item sells it is removed from the archive. We do not offer pre-orders or waitlists.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our site are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect an order you have already placed and received confirmation for.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards and any additional payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

For international orders, your bank or card issuer may apply foreign exchange fees or additional charges. These are outside our control and are your responsibility.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days of confirmation. Delivery to the United Kingdom and European Union typically takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination.

All orders are shipped fully tracked and insured via our fulfilment network using FedEx or UPS Express. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier disruption, or circumstances outside our control. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country of delivery.

6. Authenticity

Every item listed on Luxury Bag Archive is authenticated and sourced from verified institutional wholesale suppliers. We do not sell pre-owned, vintage, or previously circulated goods. All items are new with tags unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We stand fully behind the authenticity of every item we sell. In the unlikely event of a verified authenticity dispute, we will work directly with you to resolve the matter including full refund where appropriate.

7. Returns and Refunds

Our full returns and refund policy is set out separately at luxurybagarchive.com/policies/refund-policy. That policy forms part of these terms and should be read alongside them. In summary, you have 14 days from delivery to notify us of a return, items must be returned in original unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Luxury Bag Archive website — including text, photography, editorial copy, the archive naming system, and the site design — is the property of BrandVault UK Ltd or is used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our site for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Brand names, trademarks, and product imagery associated with third-party luxury houses remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on our site reflects legitimate resale of authentic goods and does not imply any endorsement or commercial relationship with those brands.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrandVault UK Ltd's liability to you in connection with any purchase or use of our site shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant item. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from your use of our site or any purchase made through it.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are not affected by these terms.

10. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our site and placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, available at luxurybagarchive.com/policies/privacy-policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from a purchase made through our site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer based in another part of the United Kingdom or European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will not apply changes retrospectively to orders already confirmed.
