Returns & Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through Luxury Bag Archive, a trading name of BrandVault UK Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason, without needing to provide an explanation. This is your statutory right and cannot be waived.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at hello@luxurybagarchive.com with your order number and confirmation that you wish to return the item. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Return Conditions
To be accepted for return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of you notifying us of your intention to return
- Unworn and unused, in identical condition to when received
- All original tags, dust bags, authenticity cards, and packaging intact and attached
- No signs of wear, scent, or alteration of any kind
Items returned outside of this window, or that do not meet these conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in all circumstances, including change of mind returns. We strongly recommend using a fully tracked and insured courier service. Luxury Bag Archive cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit during return. The item remains your responsibility until it is received and inspected by us.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
Faulty or Incorrectly Described Items
If your item arrives damaged, materially different from its description, or not as represented on our site, we will cover the cost of return shipping and issue a full refund including original delivery costs. Please contact us at hello@luxurybagarchive.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.
All items sold by Luxury Bag Archive are authenticated and sourced from verified institutional suppliers. In the unlikely event of an authenticity dispute, we will work directly with you to resolve the matter.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If the return is accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the item. Depending on your card issuer, it may take a further 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
If the return is rejected because the item does not meet our return conditions, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. The item will be held for 14 days. If we do not hear from you within that period, the item will be disposed of in accordance with our standard procedures.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Each archive entry is a single unique piece. If you wish to exchange, please return your item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
Items are non-returnable if they have been worn, used, altered, or if tags and original packaging have been removed. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions set out in this policy.
