Shipping policy
All orders placed through Luxury Bag Archive are fulfilled from our European distribution network. This policy explains how we handle dispatch, delivery, and everything in between.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking details once it has been dispatched. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Because each archive entry is a single unique piece, we do not hold buffer stock. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.
Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS Express. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are as follows:
- United Kingdom — 2 to 3 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. We will always aim to keep you informed if there is a significant delay to your order.
Shipping Costs
Delivery is complimentary on all orders. There are no shipping charges at checkout regardless of your delivery destination.
Duties and Customs — Delivered Duty Paid
All Luxury Bag Archive orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means we cover all import duties, customs clearance fees, and applicable taxes on your behalf. There are no unexpected charges upon delivery — the price you pay at checkout is the total price you pay, with nothing further due from you at any point.
You will never receive a customs bill, a carrier handling fee, or any other additional charge as a result of your order. Everything is handled and settled by us before your parcel reaches you.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery directly with FedEx or UPS. If you have not received your tracking email within 2 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@luxurybagarchive.com.
Signature on Delivery
Due to the value of the items we ship, all orders require a signature on delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection or rescheduling. Unclaimed parcels will be returned to our fulfilment network after the carrier's standard holding period, and return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
Lost or Damaged in Transit
All shipments are fully insured for their declared value. In the event that your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at hello@luxurybagarchive.comwithin 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, including replacement or full refund where appropriate.
Please retain all original packaging when reporting damage, as the carrier may require photographs or inspection before a claim is settled.
